Festival Information: POWELLAPALOOZA takes place at Antelope Point Marina & the Page Shores Natural Amphitheater Venue in Page, Arizona. The dates are September 22nd-25th, 2011. You can arrive one day early (we recommend this) and leave one day late. Both locations are accessible by dirt road and can be bumpy at times. Conditions may be dusty, warm days, cool, breezy nights and an occasional rain. You will be provided with more information once the application below is completed and you have been accepted to vend.
You will need to pick your vending location. Vending will be available in the following four locations at the following prices:
- Inside the Page Shores Amphitheater Main Stage Arena This is the Main festival venue from 5pm - 4am Thursday - Saturday. All of the Powellapalooza headliners will play on this stage. This area is fenced in and the SoLLun is also within the fenced in area. Venders in the Arena will have access to power. $700 Food/Beverage Vending, $400 Non-Food/Beverage.
- SoLLun Side Vending The SoLLun is an electronic village with two DJ stages. The village will be inside the Page Shores Main venue fencing area around the corner from the Page Shores Amphitheater. The area will have Electronica music from 6pm-6am Thursday-Sunday. No Power will be available here. $500 Food/Beverage Vending, $350 Non-Food/Beverage.
- Pages Shores Amphitheater Campfront Vending This area will be right outside the festival entrance/wristband checkpoitn at the Page Shores Amphitheater and does not require people to have wristbands to come and visit. Power will be available at this location. $500 Food/Beverage Vending, $350 Non-Food/Beverage.
- Page Shores Campgrounds This area does not require wristbands so the general non-paying public can come see booths here See “Nomadic Campground Vending” below in vending descriptions for more info - September 22-25 all day and night - $250 non-food/beverage ONLY

Other Vendor Information: POWELLAPALOOZA is not liable for any products, bought, sold, or exchanged on the festival premises. We are also not liable for any theft or vandalism. Vendors are responsible for the collection and reporting of all sales tax. Space and vending packages are limited, first come first serve basis.
Applications are due by September 2nd, 2011 and Vending Packages need to be paid for by September 9th, 2011 to assure you a place in the festival.
*Food vendors there are county licensing fees and application if not already licensed in county.
